In response to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and to assist in reducing further risks of infection, various levels of court across Canada have issued notices in recent days regarding the suspension and restriction of hearings and court operations. Hearings will be limited to emergency and urgent matters only, as they will be identified by the Courts.
