Motion judge found that appellant did not have standing before court as result of his non-compliance with earlier order -- Judge had ordered that appellant pay amount of $17,803.00 to bring his child support into good standing -- Appellant was also ordered to make disclosure regarding proof of his income and to pay costs of motion in amount of $1,750.00 -- Appellant appealed -- Appeal dismissed -- Motion judge carefully considered evidence and determined that appellant purposely breached order for payment of child support arrears -- Motion judge properly found that appellant had no standing in proceeding.
