Legal Wit — Flowers vs. Business Records

Legal Wit — Flowers vs. Business Records

I do not denigrate flowers. They are important to poets, artists and romantics all over the world. And I do not rank flowers below business records: it is difficult to imagine a long-haired folk singer in the 1960s conceiving a song titled "Where have all the T-4s gone?" All I am saying is that, in constitutional terms, flowers are on their own.
