… a court can take into account erratic driving in conjunction with other pieces of evidence in determining whether there is evidence of some degree of impairment of the Accused's driving. The driving can be one part of a number of pieces of evidence which support the conclusion that an accused is an impaired driver. It is, to quote the old Pink Floyd song, "another brick in the wall."
